Terms of Service

CompareMyChristmas.com ("we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by The
Nordmann Group Limited, a company registered in England and Wales
(company number 17379962), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street,
London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

1. What this site does

CompareMyChristmas.com is a free comparison and matching tool. You tell
us a budget and who you're buying for, and we suggest gifts, trees,
decorations, food and stockings from a range of third-party retailers.

We do not sell, stock, ship, or take payment for any product shown on
this site. Every "Shop this" or "Buy" link takes you to the retailer's
own website, where you complete your purchase directly with them, under
their own terms and conditions.

2. Affiliate disclosure

We earn a commission from some of the retailers we link to, when you
click through from this site and go on to make a purchase. This does
not affect the price you pay — it comes out of the retailer's own
margin, not yours. We aim to recommend products genuinely suited to
your budget and needs, not simply the products that pay us the most.

3. Accuracy of prices and availability

We do our best to keep prices, stock, and delivery information accurate,
but they are set by each retailer and can change at any time without
notice. Always check the current price and availability on the
retailer's own site before completing your purchase. If a price shown
here doesn't match what you see at checkout with the retailer, the
retailer's price is the one that applies.

4. Your contract is with the retailer, not us

Because we don't sell anything directly, any purchase you make is a
contract between you and the retailer you bought from — not with The
Nordmann Group Limited or CompareMyChristmas.com. This means:

- Order confirmations, delivery, and customer service come from the
  retailer, not from us.
- Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by that retailer's
  own policy, and by your normal UK consumer rights against them.
- If something goes wrong with an order, please contact the retailer
  you bought from first.

We're always happy to help point you in the right direction if you're
not sure who to contact — see Section 6 below.

5. No liability for third-party retailers

While we only feature retailers we believe to be genuine and trustworthy,
we don't control their stock, pricing, delivery, or customer service, and
we can't be held responsible for issues with an order once you've left
our site to complete it elsewhere.
